    1. Place the thumb loop around your thumb.
    2. Wrap the strap tightly around your wrist.
    3. Adjust the tightness for comfort and support.
    4. Secure the wrap using the Velcro closure.

    Which parallettes should I choose?

    Starter if you are new to calisthenics or want compact parallettes. Pro if you want a larger, 50 cm long training surface for L-sits, handstand holds and planche progressions. Max if you want more height and clearance for advanced movements.

    What is the difference between Starter, Pro and Max?

    Starter: 10 cm high, 25 cm long. Pro: 10 cm high, 50 cm long. Max: 30 cm high, 50 cm long. They differ in size and intended use. All three are built for calisthenics.

    Where does Formyr ship?

    We ship to Switzerland, Germany, Austria, France, Italy, the UK, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Spain, Portugal, Poland, Sweden and Norway. Other countries on request, please contact us before ordering.

    Shipping within Switzerland is free. For Europe there is a flat rate per zone:

    What is the return policy?

    You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. Contact us first and we will send you instructions. Items should be unused and in their original packaging. If a product is defective, we cover the return shipping. If you simply changed your mind, you pay the return shipping and we refund the full product price once the item arrives unused.     Is there a warranty?

    Yes, 12 months from delivery. If a product becomes defective during this time, contact us with your order number. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
