IMPORTANT: Formyr does not cover any customs duties or taxes incurred when the package is sent. You are responsible for it yourself.

1. **Shipping Times**: 
   - Packages are shipped weekly.
   - Within Switzerland, packages typically arrive within 1-3 business days. 
   - For international orders, delivery times vary between 10-30 business days.
   - Please note that due to high order volumes, there may be occasional delays, and delivery times may exceed one week.

2. **Shipping Costs**:
   - Shipping costs are not included with the product price, so you incur additional charges. (15usd)

3. **Returns**:
   - We want you to love your Formyr products. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
   - To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
   - Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with tags attached.
   - Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned items are received and inspected.
