Collezione: Parallettes for Calisthenics and Bodyweight Training

Parallettes are the foundation of clean calisthenics and bodyweight training. They let you train handstands, L-sits, push-ups, planche progressions and core work with better wrist positioning, more control and a deeper range of motion than training on the floor.

Formyr parallettes are crafted from solid wood and built for stability and long-term durability. Three models for every level: the Starter Parallettes (10 cm high, 25 cm long) are compact and perfect for beginners. The Pro Parallettes (10 cm high, 50 cm long) give you more surface area for advanced holds and pressing work. The Max Parallettes (30 cm high) provide maximum height for handstand push-ups and deep dips.

The wooden grips sit comfortably in the hand, reduce slipping and are easier on the joints. At home or in the gym, Formyr parallettes are made for athletes who care about quality and performance. Designed in Switzerland.
